Polishing Stone Foundation is a 501c3 educational nonprofit that is dedicated to quality of life, community and care for the earth.

We publish a quarterly print magazine called The Polishing Stone, and a free monthly E-newsletter called Stepping Stones. Both publications are about

"Refining the life you live into the life you love..."

Ad-free, with a warm, handcrafted feel, our publications offer information and inspiration. They are packed with solution-oriented tips that you can use everyday. The articles we present are full of hope, and written in a positive, inclusive tone. We mix practical information with storytelling — tales from folks who, just like you, are making positive changes in their lives.

What's Inside: You'll find whole-food recipes, tips on natural health care, earth-friendly gardening, "green" home remodeling and environmental products/services. We also offer essays on relationships, parenting and community as well as investigative articles on social and environmental issues.

In a world where the news is often disturbing and divisive, we offer a common ground. Regardless of our backgrounds, we all share a desire to build a healthier life… for ourselves, our families and communities. Together we can make that happen — one positive step at a time. From time to time we get a call from a reader seeking someone local to talk with, in those moments when it would help to run ideas about "refining the life you live into the life you love" by someone closer at hand.
